Jason is an educational innovator, contemporary leader and community developer influencing child-centric learning.  He has driven system change in the areas of curriculum development and whole school strategic planning which focusses on personalising the learning according to the student’s level of ability and mastery of skills rather than by chronological age.

Jason is currently Principal of Arundel State School, an Independent Public School with 1165 students. Jason’s previous school leadership resume includes Tamborine Mountain State School, 2018 Australian Government Primary School of the Year – Australian Education Awards  and Blackall P-12 State School.

Jason was named The Educator’s 2018 Hot List – yearly roundup of the most influential figures in Australian education and was included in the finalists for The Educator’s 2019 Government Primary School Principal of the Year.
