In her senior and middle leadership roles as Deputy Principal and Master Teacher at Coomera Rivers State School, Kelly has been a part of a very exciting journey involving the transformation of pedagogical approaches. Much of her work has revolved around building teaching expertise around Australian Curriculum and how this curriculum can be brought to life. Kelly has challenged teachers to think outside the box by tapping into evidence based practices to increase outcomes for students and their families. This shift in pedagogy has seen an increase in teacher capabilities as well as student engagement and academic achievement.
