Principal, Plumpton High School
Tim Lloyd has been the Principal of Plumpton High School for 5.5 years, where he and his team have transformed the school culture into one of national and international recognition with a significant focus on student agency and leadership with strong links to corporate business partners. The school has focussed on intellectual attainment, building of strong relationships, self-concept and reflective practice.

Based on this work Tim also regularly presents on change processes in schools to ensure students have the necessary capacity to transition into the world beyond school.

As a National Coach for Gymnastics Australia in 1997 Tim coached the first World Champion in Australia’s history.
